Plaintiffs in lawsuit file notice with Judge Sara Ellis over the apparent violation of her orders.
CHICAGO — Today, attorneys for the plaintiffs in Chicago Headline Club v. Noem—the lawsuit that resulted in a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) restricting the federal use of force against protesters—filed a notice of violations with Judge Sara L. Ellis.
As explained in the filing, the plaintiffs are concerned about reports—and video that appears to show—that Commander-at-Large Gregory Bovino personally violated the TRO by throwing tear gas at a crowd in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago on Thursday morning.
