Scott Loy (he/him) joined Loevy + Loevy as a Civil Rights Paralegal and Investigator in 2022. Scott works in the Boulder, CO office with attorneys Dan Twetten and Liz Wang on civil rights and false claims act cases. Scott graduated from MSU Denver in Criminal Justice & Criminology and is passionate about investigative work and supporting attorneys to best serve our clients.
