Olivia Toppel (she/her) joined Loevy + Loevy as a contract paralegal in October 2022. In January 2023, she joined the team full-time supporting cases involving wrongful convictions, prisoners rights, and others. She attended DePaul University and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology. Olivia is extremely passionate about all things civil rights, especially women’s rights/right to choose/right to bodily autonomy, abolitionism, wrongful convictions, and more. When Olivia is not working, she enjoys sunsets by the lake, workout classes, and exploring the city with friends!
