Biography

Emma Logan (she/her) joined Loevy + Loevy in 2025 and works on a range of civil rights cases, including wrongful conviction and police misconduct.

Emma holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Colorado College, with a minor in Education, and a concentration in Political Theory. With prior experience in policy advocacy and nonprofit work, Emma is extremely passionate about equitable social justice reform and legal accountability for abuses of power.

Outside of work, she enjoys dance lessons, stand-up comedy, and going to the movies.
