Biography

Megan joined Loevy & Loevy as an attorney in 2018. She represents clients in a wide range of civil rights cases, including mass actions and cases related to wrongful convictions, unconstitutional prison conditions, excessive force, and wrongful arrests/incarceration.

Prior to joining Loevy & Loevy, Megan served as a law clerk to the Honorable David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Honorable Ronald L. Gilman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Megan received her law degree from the University of Michigan in 2016, and her undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 2009. During law school, Megan worked with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, South Africa’s Legal Resources Centre, Asylum Access, UNHCR, and Michigan’s Human Trafficking Clinic. Prior to law school, Megan spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cape Verde.
