Biography

Lauren Sonnenberg joined Loevy & Loevy in 2026 as an AI fellow. She earned her J.D. and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. During law school, she worked in multiple public defender’s offices, including Los Angeles and San Francisco. During business school, she worked for a local nonprofit news organization.

Prior to joining Loevy, Lauren was a litigation associate at Sheppard Mullin in Los Angeles. Before she became a lawyer, Lauren worked as a journalist in New York, reporting from the U.S. Capitol and the New York Stock Exchange. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and history from Northwestern University.
