Biography
Dominique Gilbert joined Loevy + Loevy in 2024 as a Whistleblower Litigation Fellow. Dominique’s practice focuses on representing whistleblowers in cases brought under the False Claims Act and other statutes designed to protect and support those who expose fraud, misconduct, and abuse.
Prior to joining Loevy + Loevy, Dominique served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey I. Cummings and for the Honorable Harry D. Leinenweber, both of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During law school, she participated in Northwestern’s Supreme Court Clinic and was a summer associate with Loevy + Loevy’s FOIA team.
Before entering the legal profession, Dominique studied human rights in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and worked in multilateral affairs and public-private partnerships at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This experience fuels her passion for the integrity of our institutions and her commitment to advocating on behalf of those who help us get there.
