On November 6, 2025, we filed suit on behalf of Harvey World Herald against the Harvey Public Library District to challenge its refusal to process portions of HWH’s FOIA request. HPLD denied the request as ‘unduly burdensome’ despite waiving its right to do so when it failed to respond to the request on time.
