Biography

Destinie Brooks (she/her) joined Loevy + Loevy as a litigation paralegal in 2022. At L+L, Destinie assists attorneys primarily with wrongful conviction litigation as well as casework within the Prisoners’ Rights Project. Destinie graduated from Yale College in 2022 with a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science and an Advanced Language Certificate in the German Language. Destinie’s areas of interest include political movements within the racial and labor rights arenas, American political development, and constitutional rights work.
