Loevy & Loevy is a top tier national civil rights law firm. We are leaders in civil rights, whistleblower and False Claims Act, privacy, and transparency cases.

Loevy & Loevy is now accepting applications for the firm’s Whistleblower Litigation Fellowship. A law degree with stellar academic records, a drive to work hard, and a sustained interest in fighting for justice are a must. Preference will be given to applicants who have completed judicial clerkships, have experience with complex or corporate litigation, have a background in a technical or scientific field, or have completed a fellowship concerning government accountability or fraud. The Fellowship is designed for lawyers who are less than 5 years out of law school.

The Whistleblower Litigation Fellowship offers an unparalleled opportunity to work alongside fierce advocates at a top-tier national whistleblower law firm where you can participate in all aspects of trial and appellate litigation. Our clients are courageous employees who speak out on behalf of the public to expose fraud and other misconduct in their workplaces. We help our clients bring whistleblower claims under the federal False Claims Act and state and local analogues, which allow private individuals to blow the whistle on fraud against the government. We also represent people who blow the whistle on securities fraud and tax fraud.

Fellows typically commit to a two-year term, and many of our previous Fellows have continued at the firm thereafter. Compensation is $100,000 per year plus bonuses, with full benefits, including fully paid employee and dependent health coverage and life insurance, employer-funded HRA accounts, and dental, vision and 401(k) plans, and generous time off.

To apply to this position, please send a cover letter and resume to hiring@loevy.com using “Whistleblower Fellow” as your subject line.
