Mark led the trial team responsible for one of the largest wrongful conviction verdicts in U.S. history: in October 2022, a Massachusetts jury awarded $33 million to our client Frederick Weichel for his wrongful conviction, ruling that Braintree and Boston, MA police covered up exculpatory evidence, which led to 36+ years wrongfully incarcerated.
