Personal Injury

In addition to civil rights work, Loevy & Loevy also does some personal injury and general litigation work if the right case comes along. We find that this work helps balance out the experiences of our attorneys, and we welcome cases in these fields as well. Recent examples include:

E2 Nightclub disaster: Loevy & Loevy filed a class action on behalf of people who were injured in the tragic fire. All litigation has been stayed pending the related criminal proceedings.

Matt Pasulka: We helped Mr. Pasulka prevail in a commercial dispute regarding patent rights to certain steel-cutting technology.

Keri A: Keri was stabbed in the lung by a negligent acupuncturist, resulting in substantial pain and suffering. The case was settled favorably without the need to file a lawsuit.

M.T. v. M.V.: M.T. was sexually assaulted by her dentist during a dental examination. The suit was recently settled favorably to the client.
