Given the substantial litigation and trial experience of the lawyers at Loevy & Loevy, we also handle a fair amount of complex commercial and business litigation matters. One recent example is the civil R.I.C.O. lawsuit we filed in August 2005 against Goldman Sachs arising out of the recent merger between the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and a company called Archipelago.
