Unlike many firms, Loevy & Loevy does not charge any consultation fees to evaluate your claims. If it appears that we might want to work together, Loevy & Loevy will ask you to come to our offices for a meeting at your convenience (including after work, weekends, or whenever is best for you).

If you decide you would like to hire us, and if we decide we want to take your case, Loevy & Loevy has retainer agreements available that do not require our clients to pay us any money. Rather than have our clients pay us directly, we are compensated by the contingency recovery, meaning we get a proportion of any settlement, verdict or recovery. If you do not recover, you owe us nothing. We find that this arrangement works very well because it creates a mutual incentive shared by us and our clients to maximize the best financial result.
