Greg graduated with honors from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2003. During his time at law school, he worked in the Legal Clinic's Center on Wrongful Convictions. His final year, Greg witnessed former Governor Ryan's mass commutation of Illinois' Death Row. Following law school, Greg moved to New Orleans, passed the Louisiana Bar Exam and joined the Capital Post-Conviction Project of Louiana. Greg defended death sentenced inmates at the state post-conviction and federal habeas corpus litigation stages until he left in August of 2005. After two years in New Orleans, Greg moved to Detroit to become a two-year law clerk for the Honorable Arthur J. Tarnow of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. After his clerkship and having passed the Illinois Bar Exam, Greg joined Loevy & Loevy. Greg has been admitted to practice by the Illinois Supreme Court, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Eastern District of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Middle District of Louisiana, and the Western District of Louiaina.
