Dan Twetten joined Loevy & Loevy in 2009.  His primary focus is the
representation of whistleblowers in cases under the False Claims Act and other qui tam statutes.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan was an attorney with Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, one of the largest law firms in the world.  With Sidley, he represented major corporations and non-profit entities in court and before regulatory agencies.  Dan tried several cases while at Sidley and conducted many internal investigations of Fortune 500 companies regarding accounting fraud, kickbacks, and Medicare billing.

Dan graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 2001. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Richard C. Tallman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
