Amanda Antholt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2001. She was the recipient of several honorary awards for academic achievement, for community service, and for outstanding achievement in the study of federal jurisdiction and First Amendment law. She was also a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and the Wisconsin Public Interest Law Foundation.

Amanda has always been dedicated to social justice and civil rights. Prior to attending law school, she was involved in community activism on a number of social justice issues and spent several years working for the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence where she focused on public policy and staffed a clemency project for women who were wrongly incarcerated. During her law school career, Amanda worked with the New York Legal Aid Society’s Prisoners’ Rights Project, the ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project, and Garvey & Stoddard, a public interest law firm in Madison, Wisconsin.

Amanda joined Loevy & Loevy in 2002. At the firm, she specializes in cases involving police misconduct, prisoners’ rights and employment discrimination. In three years, she has achieved numerous successful settlements and judgements for her clients, totaling millions of dollars for her clients.
